We’ve seen the board, but this post is a chance to take a closer look at some of the games and activities you can take part in when you are using Wii Fit. The activities include:

• Yoga exercises[4]
• Push ups[4]
• Step aerobics,
• Heading on-coming soccer balls
• A ball-rolling mini-game, which sounds like marble madness
• Hula hooping[4]
• Ski jumping,
• Jogging
• Tightrope walking
• Snowboarding
